The Other Initiatives under the CSR initiatives encompass a wide range of projects and activities undertaken by AU Small Finance Bank to positively impact society and the environment. The activities are need-based in nature and in line with the relevant CSR clauses under schedule VII of the companies act 2013 and falling outside the scope of our strategic focus area.
AU Jal Banks
AU Jal Banks address the need of safe drinking water in public areas such as schools, railway stations, public hospitals, temples among others. Till date over 500 water coolers have been installed serving over 2.5 lakh individuals.
Road Safety
Our commitment towards community welfare includes road safety initiatives that facilitate the work of the local traffic police while ensuring the well-being of drivers and pedestrians. We have donated 8 Gumtis (traffic booths) in various districts of Rajasthan & Madhya Pradesh, and installed educational road safety signages in Patna, Bihar.Healthcare Support
Ambulance to the ECHS Polyclinic
We have provided an ambulance to the ECHS Polyclinic, which serves ex-servicemen and their dependents, enhancing their access to critical health services.
Established a Dialysis Unit
We established a Dialysis Unit at the District Hospital in Kotputli to improve renal care for the local community.
Donated a Mobile Medical Unit to BAPS
A Mobile Medical Unit was donated to BAPS at Yogiji Maharaj Hospital in Ahmedabad to expand healthcare accessibility.We have contributed 42 Oxygen concentrators to strengthen healthcare support and infrastructure in hospitals.

Donated Electric Carts
Our commitment extends beyond banking and thus recently we donated four electric carts and established boarding and charging stations for devotees at the Golden Temple, Amritsar.Education
Enhancing Digital Literacy
Computer Lab
A new computer lab was set up at a government school in Mehlan, Punjab, to improve digital access and literacy among students.
Support for specially abled Childrens
We support Utkarash Sanastha and Pratyek Vyakti ki Ummeed ki Sansthan in Jagatpura and Jaipur respectively, enhancing educational and residential facilities for specially abled and deaf and mute children.
Distribution of Notebooks
We have distributed over 75,000 notebooks across 310 schools and 6,000 sweaters across 100 schools in Rajasthan, ensuring that students are equipped with essential learning materials and warm clothing during colder months.To support education in rural and backward geographies, we support Mountain Children’s Foundation, Ranveer Sewa Samiti, Global Warming Control Organisation Trust, Vimukti Sansthan among others aiming to break the cycle of poverty by providing them access to education.
