AU Ignite skills and empowers youth for a stronger, inclusive future. A flagship project under Centre of Excellence, it provides vocational training in BFSI, Healthcare, Hospitality & Tourism, and IT & ITES sectors across Rajasthan. Following NCVET guidelines, its Hub & Spoke model features advanced courses (AI, Fullstack, Salesforce) at the Hub, while Spoke academies deliver foundational skills for entry-level candidates.
Initiated in October 2021 across 30 locations, the programme had further outreached 75+ rural and semi-urban locations covering 15 districts of Rajasthan. Currently, more than 6000 kids & youth are being trained under the guidance of over 90 trained Coaches and sub-coaches, besides a large support of volunteers.
AU Udyogini program’s primary objective is to foster entrepreneurship among rural women. We are dedicated to empowering them by providing opportunities for skill development, business training, and access to resources. Through this initiative, our goal is to create employment opportunities for these women, enabling them to achieve self-sufficiency and financial independence. So far, we have nurtured over 6,000+ rural women & and 3,920+ individual women entrepreneurs across 1,000+ villages and hamlets of Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh. Additionally, 410 women secure regular income through community led business.
Aligned with the relevant CSR clauses under schedule VII of the companies Act 2013, AU Kartavya fulfils our commitment to social development across various sectors such as healthcare, safe drinking water, road safety, environmental conservation, education, child welfare and more.
Our CSR initiatives revolve around empowering and uplifting key segments of society, particularly rural communities, women, and youth.
We strategically focus our efforts on livelihood enhancement, such as educating the youth of our nation with relevant skills and generating employment opportunities along with empowering rural women towards self-reliance and sustainable futures. Through our sports initiative we aim to nurture talent at grassroots and help sports enthusiasts to become champions of tomorrow.

Ainul Hawari Heyat
Bihar
He hails from the impoverished Sasharam village in Bihar, battled physical challenges and financial struggles. Despite adversity, he completed 12th grade and graduation with income earned through tutoring. Seeking employment to support his family, he discovered the AU Ignite Skills Training Centre in Jaipur. Enrolling in an Accounting Executive course, he mastered skills and soft skills, leading to a successful interview at AU Small Finance Bank, securing a monthly salary of 15,000/-. His journey exemplifies resilience and triumph over obstacles.

Kekri
Komal who hails from Kekri, ignited her passion for Kabaddi at 8. After enrolling at the ‘Bano Champion’ program she started cycling 4 km daily to training. Upon receiving regular training, she progressed from state to national tournaments, and clinched silver at SGFI Kabaddi Nationals. Her journey epitomized resilience, ambition, and pursuit of excellence against all odds, inspiring every aspiring athlete to dream big despite constraints.
Women Empowerment
Kamla Devi
Kamla Devi faced hardship after her divorce, earning barely enough from menial jobs. Determined to support her family, she sought assistance from the AU Foundation, starting her own fruit stall. Today, she not only provides for her son but also aids her brother financially, earning an average of Rs. 27,401 monthly. From running her shop at home to now on the main road, Kamla Devi’s journey exemplifies resilience. She no longer relies on handouts, proudly saying, “I can provide for my son and contribute to my family’s welfare.

Shining A Light On Our Recent Endeavors
Championing Sports in Rural Areas
The 1st edition of the Bano Champion Summer Camps was held in June 2026. The camps were conducted across Jodhpur, Ajmer, and Sikar, benefiting over 240 selected athletes from Boxing, Wushu, Football, Athletics, and Kabaddi. Under the guidance of renowned coaches, athletes underwent intensive residential training and were assessed for future exposure camps, strengthening their pathway towards competitive sporting excellence.
