The Other Initiatives under the CSR initiatives encompass a wide range of projects and activities undertaken by AU Small Finance Bank to positively impact society and the environment. The activities are need-based in nature and in line with the relevant CSR clauses under schedule VII of the companies act 2013 and falling outside the scope of our strategic focus area.
AU Jal Bank
AU Jal Bank addresses the need of safe drinking water in public areas such as schools, railway stations, public hospitals, temples among others. Till date over 340+ water coolers have been installed across भारत.
Road Safety
Our commitment towards community welfare includes road safety initiatives that facilitate the work of the local traffic police while ensuring the well-being of drivers and pedestrians. We have supported 29 Gumtis (traffic police booths) in various districts of Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, and Odisha.

Support extended in flood affected areas
To help rebuild lives across flood-affected geographies, we supported 7,141 families in eight states, Tamil Nadu, Gujarat, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Telangana and Maharashtra with dry ration kits.
Donated a Mobile Medical Unit to BAPS
A Mobile Medical Unit was donated to BAPS at Yogiji Maharaj Hospital in Ahmedabad to expand healthcare accessibility.We have contributed 64 Oxygen concentrators to strengthen healthcare support and infrastructure in hospitals.
Enhancing Accessibility
Donated Electric Carts
Our commitment extends beyond banking and thus recently we donated four electric carts and established boarding and charging stations for devotees at the Golden Temple, Amritsar.
Support for specially abled individuals
We support Bhagwan Mahaveer Viklang Sahayata Samiti, also known as Jaipur Foot to help individuals with loco-motor disabilities.
Education
Imparting Education and Supporting Infrastructural Development
Established a fully equipped computer lab at two govt. schools of Punjab and deployed 25 computers across five schools managed by Shiromani Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee (SGPC), Amritsar to improve digital access and literacy among students. Deployed a 14-seater e-vehicle at Maharshi Dayanand University (MDU) campus and provided a vehicle to Dada Lakhmi Chand State University of Performing and Visual Arts. We are imparting education to over 1,400 students through 60 AU Study centres in 4 states. Uttar Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka & Andhra Pradesh.
Support for specially abled Children
We support Utkarash Sanastha and Pratyek Vyakti ki Ummeed ki Sansthan in Jaipur, enhancing educational and residential facilities for specially abled and deaf and mute children.
Distribution of Notebooks
We have distributed over 1,13,200 notebooks and 17,100 sweaters across Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Punjab, Gujarat and Maharashtra, ensuring that students are equipped with essential learning materials and warm clothing during colder months.
To support education in rural and backward geographies, we support Mountain Children’s Foundation, Ranveer Sewa Samiti, Global Warming Control Organisation Trust, Vimukti Sansthan among others aiming to break the cycle of poverty by providing them access to education.

Environmental Conservation
Undertook transformation of two parks under Municipal Corporation, Kapurthala with painting, benches, and dedicated maintenance along with maintaining road stretch at Manu Marg, Alwar with plantation and upkeep. Plantation initiative for Bilaspur Smart City Limited with self-watering tree guards. Deployment of a tractor with trolley to Vadtal Dham Shree Swaminarayan Temple and a tractor to Jeev Kalyan Parishad alongwith supporting Forest Department in Nashi with a pick-up vehicle.
